Alumnae/i welcome!

We want to welcome you to our Alumnae/I Association! Since Saint Mother Theodore Guerin accepted her first student at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods Academy in 1841, thousands of women and men have been taught by Sisters of Providence in elementary school, high school or college . We want you to feel free to share with us events planned across the United States for alumnae/I, and more often in order to keep all of you connected.

Our Mission Advancement office will continue to serve the need of all of you!

Calling all alumnae/i: update your information

students at Our Lady of Providence High School in Clarksville, Ind.

Members of the first class at Providence High School, Clarksville, Indiana, confer with Sister Marian Thomas Kinney about an upcoming project. The student in the center of the front row is Ann Margaret O’Hara, who entered the Congregation after graduation in 1955 and went on to become the Sisters of Providence’s 17th general superior in 2001.

We need your help! Our current database is incomplete. There are many gaps to be filled in and this is only possible with your help.

If you, a family member, a friend, neighbor, etc., are a graduate of a Sisters of Providence school, help us update our information using the form below.

These updates are very important as the names and addresses are pulled for your associations to help plan reunions.

Alumnae/i relations contact

Alumnae of Providence Juniorate/Aspirancy gathered after Mass for this group photo during their 2-Day Reunion Celebration.

Each alumnae/i association and a host of other schools have a page. Most associations have a volunteer alumnae/i coordinator, whose contact information will be listed on your page.

Most likely, these graduates will be able to answer your questions!

For other questions, contact Connie Gualano, alumnae/I relations and planned giving manager/grant writer at cgualano@spsmw.org or 812-535-2811.
