Remembrance Cards

Enroll yourself or your loved ones in the Blessed Sacrament Association and your prayer intentions are included in the stream of prayer in this beautiful chapel.

Blessed Sacrament Association

The Blessed Sacrament Association was established in November 1978 by the Sisters of Providence in order to share with friends of the Congregation the myriad benefits of Eucharistic prayer in the form of adoration.

In the quiet of the exquisite Blessed Sacrament Chapel, the sisters offer prayers throughout the year. Members of the Blessed Sacrament Association and their intentions are included in these prayers. Their names are listed in a book in the Chapel and a Eucharistic Liturgy is offered for them each month in the Church of the Immaculate Conception.

The Sisters of Providence offer seven Remembrance Cards for your use.

Remembrance Card Program

Use a Remembrance Card as a way to assure your loved ones of your prayerful support. There is no charge for these cards but donations are welcomed and used to maintain the chapel and promote other ministries of the Sisters of Providence.
The cards are available if you wish to inform your loved ones of remembering a birthday, other special occasion, when they are facing the illness or in need of condolences for losing the loved ones.  The Remembrance Card Program includes enrollment in the Blessed Sacrament Association.

Each Remembrance Card features a location at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods, Indiana, and a quote from Saint Mother Theodore Guerin or scripture.

The album below has the front image of each of the seven cards available with inside inscription. Use the order form at the bottom of this page to choose your cards and make a donation.

When you receive the cards, your packet will include a way to enroll your loved one(s) in the Blessed Sacrament Association and reorder more cards. Cards may also be requested by phone at (812) 535-2800 or email at MA@spsmw.org.
