Is it hard for you to care for all the people in need you would like to help? When you donate to the Sisters of Providence you are supporting people in need through the work of the sisters.
I tend to forget that Mother Theodore came from a rather sophisticated France with great Cathedrals, actual roads, and thriving businesses, etc.
