Sister Jessica Vitente
Biography
Jessica Vitente of Pomona, California entered the Sisters of Providence as a postulant on Sept. 10, 2018.
She received the title of Sister on Aug. 3, 2019, as she entered the novitiate. Sister Jessica professed first vows in 2021. She professed perpetual vows on August 8, 2026.
Very soon, Sister Jessica will begin a ministry as an Associate Counselor at Beacon Pathway in Irvine, California. Prior to that, she ministered as the Catholic Campus Minister for the Newman Center at the University of Evansville in Evansville, Indiana.
She earned a master’s degree in pastoral counseling from Loyola University in May 2026.
