This week, consider the things you ask for in prayer.

'... let's try to stop from time to time and consider why we do what we do? Is it to gain favor of others, to gain the favor of God?'

Do we often take time to ponder the love God has for us and the commitment that this love invites?

Consider what it is you can do to build up the reign of God and encourage those who are on this journey of faith

Pray for guidance and you will find where you are needed the most

What burden do you have that weighs you down?

How can you help the family or friend in their time of need and recuperation?

Let us spend some time this week reflecting on how we are forming a loving relationship with God and others in our hearts and in our daily interactions.

In prayer this week, perhaps we can consider what words of Jesus are hardest for us to accept. Can we speak honestly with Jesus about them?

When we pray this week, perhaps we can discern what person(s) God might be calling us to comfort or with whom to share joy.
