Pilgrimages
Are you interested in embarking on a journey with spiritual significance?
A pilgrimage to Saint Mary-of-the-Woods is a great way to answer that call. We’ll work with you and your group to help create a special time for spiritual reflection while taking in all of the sacred, historical spaces.
When you are on a pilgrimage, there are many beautiful and holy spaces you can visit.
If you are seeking more privacy to pray and meditate you can make your way to the Shrine of Saint Mother Theodore Guerin, the National Shrine of Our Lady of Providence, the Shrine of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Our Lady of Fatima Shrine, the Shrine of St. Agnes, or the Shrine of St. Joseph.
As a spiritual seeker you may like to explore our labyrinth.
The labyrinth represents a journey, a pilgrimage, a conscious taking of time to seek God. At first glance you might think that a labyrinth is a maze of winding paths. In reality, a labyrinth is a single path with one opening serving as both beginning and end. There are no “dead ends,” and there is no way to be lost. Your walk in the labyrinth should be a prayerful and meditative journey.
