Celebrating our senior jubilarians!
On Tuesday, Dec. 17 the Sisters of Providence celebrated the sisters who had been Sisters of Providence for 75, 70 and 60 years with a special Mass. We are so blessed to have such wise and holy women among us.
Celebrating 75 years as Sisters of Providence were: Sisters Mildred Giesler (formerly Sister Alma Joseph), Florence Norton (formerly Sister Thomas Ann), Rita Clare Gerardot and Miriam Clare Stoll
Celebrating 70 years as Sisters of Providence: Sisters Regina Marie McIntrye, Joann Quinkert (formerly Sister Joan Margaret), Suzanne Buthod (formerly Sister Mary Judith), Rosemary Eyler (formerly Sister Mary Luke), Charles Van Hoy, Marian Brady, Barbara Ann Bluntzer (formerly Sister Mary Martha), Marie Denise Lucey and Margaret Norris (formerly Sister Marie Angeline).
Celebrating 60 years as Sisters of Providence:Sisters Clelia Cecchetti (formerly Sister Rosina), Ellen Cunningham (formerly Sister Michael Aquinas), Paula Modaff (formerly Sister Marie Pauline), Dorothy Rasche (formerly Sister Rose Martin) and Therese Guerin Sullivan.
