Sister Jan Craven is director of  shrines and tours at Providence Spirituality & Conference Center, including the Shrine of Saint Mother Theodore Guerin and the National Shrine of Our Lady of Providence. She holds master’s degrees in spirituality and in the philosophy of religion and theology. She is a former teacher, director of religious education, pastoral associate, provincial councilor and tribunal advocate as well as the former director of postulants at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods.

Sister Paula Damiano is the director of programs and retreats at Providence Spirituality & Conference Center. She has a bachelor’s degree in art education, a master’s degree in spirituality and a certificate in business executive management. The former high school teacher, diocesan vocation director, Congregation vocation director, associate pastor and provincial councilor, also served as a Sisters of Providence general officer for 10 years.


Rita O’Donohue is the new tour manager for the Sisters of Providence. Most recently, she managed travel and meetings for Drum Corps International, Indianapolis. With a background in marketing, Rita is ready to bring the world to Saint Mary-of-the-Woods and to the Shrine of Saint Mother Theodore Guerin.


Tiffany-WatsonTiffany Watson, the new facilities manager and reservationist, joined the Providence Spirituality & Conference Center staff in November 2015. Her relationship with the sisters began in 2012 when she was employed at Woods Daycare before taking a position at Linden Leaf Gifts. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Indiana State University.
