Join the Sisters of Providence for May forest meditation event
Plan on joining the Sisters of Providence of Saint Mary-of-the-Woods, Indiana, for “Forest Meditation: Wandering in the Woods” in May.
The event will take place from 2-3 p.m., on Sunday, May 19, at the St. Joseph Lake Nature Trail located at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods.

Join facilitator Sister Corbin Hannah, SP, as she helps you better understand how nature can teach and heal us.
The guided meditation is based in eco-spirituality, connecting with the Divine through nature.
As you wander among the trees, further connect with yourself and listen as the forest offers you guidance for your life.
Leave feeling grounded and calm as you re-enter the world with more clarity and peace.
The trail is a mown path through the forest. It is considered an easy trail with uneven ground and some slight inclines and declines.
You are encouraged to wear closed-toe shoes and dress according to the weather. The events are dependent on weather conditions each day.
