Virtual Guided Meditation 2025

Begin the new year with a renewed sense of rest and connection.
Join us for Virtual Guided Meditation, a serene space to deepen your listening to the Spirit and foster your connection with the Divine.

Through guided practices, you’ll be invited to explore meaningful themes in your life, engaging your mind, body and heart in prayerful reflection.
Each month, the meditation will be led by a Sister of Providence who will guide you through this enriching experience.
The free meditation series takes place via Zoom on the second Thursday of each month, January through May.
