Forest Meditations
October 25 at 10:00 am – 11:00 am EDT
Nature can teach us and heal us in profound ways. Join us for a guided meditation based on eco-spirituality (connecting with the Divine through nature). As we wander among the trees, you will have the opportunity to connect with yourself and listen as the forest offers you guidance for your life. Leave feeling grounded and calm as you re-enter the world with more clarity and peace.

The trail is a mown path through the forest. It is considered an easy trail with uneven ground and some slight inclines and declines. You are encouraged to wear closed-toed shoes and dress accordingly for the weather. This meditation series begins at 10 a.m. EDT and lasts for about an hour. *Please note that this event could be cancelled because of inclement weather.
All who register will receive email reminders and updates based on the weather conditions. Registration is recommended but NOT required. These events are free, but freewill donations are sincerely appreciated.
