Join us for the much-anticipated return of the White Violet Center for Eco-Justice and Sisters of Providence Earth Day Festival at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods! Immerse yourself in nature at our beautiful Woods while enjoying the many activities. There’s something for everyone from nature shows and earth-related craft activities for the kids, to spinning, weaving and felting demonstrations and visits with the alpacas that provide the fiber. There will be exhibits, tours of the organic gardens and horse barns and much, much more.
Be sure to bring your refillable water bottles for our free and eco-friendly water station. And the Sisters of Providence will be hosting a bake sale with homemade baked good of all kinds!
The festival begins at 11 a.m. and runs until 3 p.m. Saint Mary-of-the-Woods is located 10 minutes northwest of downtown Terre Haute, Indiana.
