Sisters to host Christmas Fun at the Woods

Make magical Christmas memories at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods!

The Sisters of Providence are again inviting all to join them for Christmas Fun at the Woods. The family-friendly gathering will take place from 1:30-4:30 p.m., on Saturday, Dec. 12.

Bundle up, bring your loved ones and get ready for an afternoon filled with festive fun! Enjoy Christmas crafts, face painting, games, hayrides, nativity dress-up and special visits with Santa and Mrs. Claus. And, of course, don’t miss out on making some furry friends with our adorable alpacas!

A bake sale, hosted by the Providence Associates, will also take place in the lobby of the O’Shaughnessy Dining Hall.

All attendees are encouraged to bring their own cameras for photographic memories throughout the day.

Tours of the Shrine of Saint Mother Theodore Guerin and Blessed Sacrament Chapel will also be available throughout the day and the Sisters of Providence plan to celebrate the Feast Day of Guadalupe as well.

There is no cost to attend the event this year, but donations of $5 per vehicle would be greatly appreciated. No pre-registration is required.
