Spiritual guidance is available for people of all faiths. Your spiritual director is there to pay attention, listen, and encourage you as you feel the movement of the Holy Spirit. Spiritual directors will help you see where God is in the everyday. People enter into spiritual direction for many different reasons. You may be seeking to deepen your relationship with God or it may be a time when there is a trauma or difficulty in your life such as a crisis of faith or deep loss. Spiritual direction is not counseling. It is meant to be a way to get in touch with the sacred within.
