Whether your event is small or large we have several venue spaces. For large events O’Shaughnessy is perfect for weddings, conferences and other celebrations. The Lobby that adjoins O’Shaughnessy makes the perfect space for more intimate gatherings like a cocktail reception or even a wedding ceremony or vow renewal. The Foley Room is great for meetings, small parties and programs. Outdoor spaces like the Lodge can be used for picnics, al fresco weddings and reunions. See all of our rental spaces.

Yes, but alcoholic beverage service must be arranged with our exclusive caterer, Aladdin. It is against Indiana state law to bring any outside alcohol to the grounds.

You and your guests can dance the night away on our large dance floor provided with the rental of O’Shaughnessy.

We have a variety of audiovisual equipment for use at your event. This would include sound equipment, video projectors, and large screens. If you prefer to use a third party we will gladly work with your choice of vendors. There are also large screen televisions in the Lobby and the Foley Room.

Is your event rustic? Perhaps you have a more formal theme? Although O’Shaughnessy is quite beautiful on its own you still may want to personalize it for your event. Our venue manager will be happy to show you or your wedding planner how you can make the space perfect for your celebration.

For Saturday events in O’Shaughnessy Hall, setup can begin as early as 1pm on Friday and 9am on Saturday.

There is ample parking both on the south and west sides of the Providence Spirituality & Conference Center with several spaces designated as handicapped for the convenience of your guests.

All of our spaces are handicapped accessible so everyone can enjoy your event.

Yes. In fact, it is required at all events with groups over 100 serving alcohol. Additional fees may apply.
