Biography
Sister Eileen, formerly Sister Anita Therese, is a native of Terre Haute, Indiana. Currently, she ministers in prayer at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods.
Sister Eileen entered the Congregation on January 7, 1948. She professed final vows on August 15, 1955.
She graduated from Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College with a bachelor’s degree in education. She also has a master’s degree in education from Indiana University.
Sister Eileen has ministered as a teacher, a clinical pastoral educator in hospitals, a chaplain in hospitals and a pastoral associate. Sister Eileen also ministered as Principal at St. John School in Vincennes, Indiana, from 1967 to 1971.
