Sisters to host virtual ‘Discernment Lounge’
Women ages 18-42 who are exploring God’s call in their lives and the possibility of religious life are invited to join the Sisters of Providence of Saint Mary-of-the-Woods, Indiana, for the upcoming “Discernment Lounge: A Virtual Event.”
The three-part series is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, July 7, continuing on August 7 and concluding on September 7. Times are 7-8 p.m., EDT.
All attending will gather online to share their questions, experiences and hopes with sisters and other women who are discerning.
Through prayer, conversation and reflection, the lounge will offer an opportunity to learn more about discernment, deepen one’s relationship with God and connect with a community of faith with no pressure or expectations.
The lounge will offer an open space to listen to God’s voice while asking honest questions through the journey.
There is no cost to attend the virtual events.
