The retreat will begin at 9 a.m., EDT, on Monday, March 18, and conclude at 1 p.m., on Friday, March 22, and will take place at various locations at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods.
Facilitator Sister Corbin Hannah, SP, will lead participants through guided meditations, simple practices and self-reflection, participants will be invited to experience the Divine Life moving within and through them as well as offer care and compassion to any “dis-ease.”
“Over the last few years, through Divine guidance, I have learned new approaches to life,” Sister Corbin said. “I have picked up new practices that help me tend to my physical, emotional, mental and spiritual life. The Tending to Life retreat was born from this journey.
“I hope to offer what I have learned with others, so that they too may find life even in the midst of suffering.”
Practices to be used include breathwork, embodiment, gratitude, forest bathing and more.
Vegetarian meals will be prepared as a group. All genders are welcome to attend.
