Packages & pricing

O’Shaughnessy Saturday Package: $1,700

  • Access to the facility on Friday starting at 1 p.m. and Saturday starting at 9 a.m. for decorating. (Earlier arrivals should be discussed with the facilities manager.)
  • The Lobby for pre-reception gatherings 
  • Adjacent Foley Conference Room as a dressing suite or bridal party lounge 
  • Dance floor (27 feet x 18 feet) 
  • Five (5) highboy cocktail tables (optional) 
  • Optional 8-inch riser for the groom/bride table 
  • Ivory or black piping and draping 
  • Tables (up to 70) and chairs (up to 450) in O’Shaughnessy 
  • 170 free parking spaces directly adjacent to the building 
  • Security guard 

O’Shaughnessy Weekday Pricing

  • Friday: $175 per event hour (setup $50 per hour)
  • Monday–Thursday: $150 per event hour (setup $50 per hour)
  • 70 tables, 450 chairs, dance floor, and 5 highboy cocktail tables included 
  • Catering and beverages (including alcohol) are provided by our catering partner, Aladdin Campus Dining
  • Tablecloths available for rent through Aladdin Campus Dining
  • Security guard not included. For parties serving alcoholic beverages, a guard will be contracted by the facility manager (one guard, $35 per hour)
  • Screens (12’ x 15’) and rear projectors available for an additional fee:  $300 for one screen and $500 for two screens
  • Foley Conference Room available for $150

North Campus Grotto

  • $150 for Friday and Saturday
  • Accompanying dressing suite $75 for Saturday (located in the Center)
  • Outdoor chairs can be secured through rental companies like Complete Outdoor that will handle setup and removal for you (812-299-1777)
  • Outdoor power outlet is available for officiants
  • Microphones/audio equipment should be supplied by a third party or your contracted DJ
  • A signed contract and 50% deposit will secure this space for your event 
  • Handicap accessible
  • Decor must be removed immediately following the event 

Foley Conference Room

  • $150 for a one-day rental
  • Includes 10 tables and 60 chairs which can be arranged in a number of configurations
  • Pocket doors can divide the room into 2 sections
  • 85-inch flatscreen television for video presentations and slideshows is included
  • Restrooms conveniently located across the hall from the Foley Room
  • Handicap accessible 
  • A signed contract and deposit will secure this room for your event
  • Decor must be removed immediately following the event
  • Coat racks and mirrors are made available for bridal parties
  • Catering and beverage service, including alcohol, available through our partner, Aladdin Campus Dining. All alcoholic beverages must be consumed within the Center.
  • (This room is included with the O’Shaughnessy Saturday package.)

Lodge at the North Campus

  • $150 for a one-day rental
  • Includes 12 picnic tables and six 6-foot tables with 35 folding chairs
  • Indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit with water pump just steps from the lodge
  • Four (4) indoor and 2 outdoor power outlets 
  • Heat or AC not supplied; however, the building is equipped with ceiling fans and sliding latch doors to bring the cool air in; a fireplace will keep the room comfortable on chilly nights
  • Restrooms located in nearby Providence Spirituality & Conference Center
  • Handicap accessible
  • Catering and beverage service, including alcohol, available through our partner, Aladdin Campus Dining

The Lobby

  • Included in the O’Shaughnessy Saturday package.
  • Lobby-only rental is $150 per day
  • 15-40 capacity depending on furniture or chair configuration
  • Conference room chairs (40) are available upon request and can be installed for theater-style seating
  • Mounted flatscreen television available
  • Coat room 
  • Handicap accessible
  • Restrooms located just steps away from the lobby

General policies & requirements

Deposit & contract

A 50% deposit and signed contract are required for booking. The final facility rental balance is due 30 days prior to the event.

Insurance

Client must purchase a certificate of insurance prior to the event that covers setup and event days, i.e. Friday and Saturday for a weekend reception. 

Security

Security is required at all events with groups over 100 serving alcohol. 

Cancellations

In cases of cancellation up to 120 days prior to event, 50% of the deposit is refunded. The client is ineligible for a refund if cancellation is received within 120 days of the event.

Smoke-free Campus

We are a smoke-free campus. A designated smoking area is located along 150, beyond the north entrance.

Accessibility

All of our event venues are handicap accessible; no elevators to ride or stairs to climb.

Food & alcohol

Catering with Aladdin Campus Dining

Food and beverages, including alcohol, must be purchased through our catering partner, Aladdin Campus Dining. They will work within your budget to create a menu for your special occasion. Wedding and specialty cakes may be provided by other sources. Learn more about catering your event.

Alcohol policy

All alcoholic beverages must be purchased through our catering partner, Aladdin Campus Dining. Indiana state law prohibits the transport of  alcoholic beverages onto the premises. Alcohol must be consumed within the confines of O’Shaughnessy Hall and the lobby.

Cakes

Specialty cakes or wedding cakes may be provided by other sources.

Decorations & signage

Decor

All rented or client-owned decor must be removed immediately following the event.

Audio-Visual

Visual presentations and other media must be received within 48 hours of the event.

Signage

Event and directional signage may be placed on the Avenue to assist your guests. Signage must be removed immediately following the event.
