Heart-Mandala

Explore your soul through meditative art

Saturday, August 13 from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Mandala (pronunciation mon- dah- lah) means “circle”.  Sister Su-Hsin Huang will guide participants in the creation of both free-form and structured mandalas as a form of mediation and enlightenment. Creating mandalas can lead to deep relaxation, clarity, spiritual awakening and insight. No art experience is necessary and all materials are included. Cost: $40 (includes lunch)
