Biography
Sister Noralee, formerly Sister Joseph Edward, was born in Chicago. Currently, she ministers in residential services at the Woods and as the treasurer for the Motherhouse.
Sister Noralee entered the Congregation in 1951, professing first vows in 1953 and final vows in 1958.
She graduated from Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College with a bachelor’s degree in education and earned in master’s degree in education administration from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.
Of her ministries, Sister Noralee taught at Holy Family in New Albany, Ind., from 1962-66, and again from 1973-75. She also ministered as the principal at St. Anthony in Gardena, Calif., from 1969-73.
Sister Noralee was also the assistant business officer at Mother Theodore Guerin High School in River Grove, Ill., from 1988-2005.
She returned to the Woods in 2011.
