The National Shrine of Our Lady of Providence is located in the vestibule of the Church of the Immaculate Conception at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods, Ind.

The national shrine for Our Lady of Providence was revamped and relocated near the back of the Church of the Immaculate Conception in the spring of 2014.
