The Sisters of Providence are seeking a professional Marketing Manager to advance our mission through strategic communications and multi-channel promotional efforts. This role is ideal for a high-level communicator who balances creative content development with disciplined project management.
As a central member of the Mission Advancement team, you will be responsible for increasing public awareness, educating our audience, and promoting ministries to drive membership and donor support.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management: Coordinate advertising and promotions for the Ministry of the Woods, including retail enterprises (White Violet Center Farm Store), facility rentals, retreats, and special events.
Content Production: Lead the writing, editing, and design oversight for print, digital, radio, and television advertising. This includes brochures, fact sheets, and social media content.
Website & Digital Presence: Manage website content via WordPress and coordinate consistent social media marketing to ensure brand standards are met across all channels.
Strategic Collaboration: Partner with graphic designers, videographers, and media relations managers to execute marketing goals.
Editorial Leadership: Serve on editorial boards and provide written articles for major publications like HOPE Magazine.
Metrics & ROI: Track and analyze program metrics to report on the effectiveness of media campaigns.
Qualifications
Writing & Communication: Exceptional professional writing skills are a primary requirement. You must be able to adapt messaging for diverse audiences and platforms.
Education: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required.
Experience: 3–5 years of marketing experience, including a track record of creating and implementing multi-layered national campaigns.
Leadership: Experience interacting with executive-level leadership and working collaboratively within a professional staff.
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in WordPress and project management software (Asana).
