Elizabeth is a registered nurse and serves as the Clinical Care Coordinator for the Sisters of Providence. She has worked in multiple care settings including hospitals, nursing homes, home health and hospice, with certifications in end-of-life care,  advance care planning, and demetia care. She and her husband, Dr. Richard Collins, live in Terre Haute and have five children.
