Yin Yoga in O’Shaughnessy Hall

Join us for the upcoming Yin Yoga Program!
The program will take place on Sunday, February 21, from 9-10 a.m.
Explore a new kind of Yogo Studio in O’Shaughnessy Hall on the campus of Saint Mary-of-the-Woods, Indiana!
Built in 1921, this historic room served as the main dining room for Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College until 2021. Today, it is a popular wedding and event venue.
Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College Athletic Trainer Shannon Hamilton, who is also a certified Yoga instructor at Common Ground in Terre Haute, will facilitate the session.

Participants are asked to bring their own mat and water bottle.
Those attending are asked to meet in the O’Shaughnessy Dining Hall lobby at 8:45 a.m., prior to the beginning of the session.
The registration deadline for this event is by noon, Friday, February 20.
Registration for this event is also included in the registration for the upcoming Winter Rest and Reflect Retreat.
