Life is hard. Whatever you are experiencing, this three-day retreat will offer you the time and space to discover ways to tend to your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual life — as it is — with acceptance, gentleness and love. Join facilitator Sister Corbin Hannah, SP, and through guided meditations, simple practices and self-reflection, you are invited to experience the Divine Life moving within and through you as well as offer care and compassion to any dis-ease. These practices include breathwork, embodiment, gratitude, forest bathing and more.

The retreat will begin at 9 a.m. Friday, May 5, and conclude on Sunday, May 7, at 1 p.m.

Vegetarian meals will be prepared as a group. All genders are welcome.

Retreat house, camper and commuter prices, as well as early arrival options, will be available.

Cost for those who wish to stay in lodging at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods is $300, while cost to stay at a campsite is $150. Commuter rate is $125. All registration fees include meals.

The retreat is limited to 16 participants and scholarships will be available. The registration deadline is April 30.
