Sept 24, 2023: Catherine of Genoa Catherine was a 15th century Italian mystic and humanitarian who had great love for the poor and the sick.
Nov 12, 2023: Teilhard de Chardin A French Jesuit priest, scientist, theologian, philosopher and mystic, Chardin is known for his theory that humanity is ever-evolving toward spiritual unity.
Jan 21: Edith Stein (1891–1942) was a Jew who converted to Catholicism in 1922 and became a Carmelite nun in 1933. She died in Auschwitz in 1942. She was subsequently declared a Catholic martyr and saint. She campaigned publicly on issues relating to women’s rights and education.
March 3: Richard of St. Victor Richard is considered a link between the early tradition and the great mystical awakening. He was born in 12th century Scotland.
