Nature can teach us and heal us. Join us for a guided meditation based in eco-spirituality, where you connect with the Divine through nature.

As we wander among the trees, you will have the opportunity to connect with yourself and listen as the forest offers you time to reflect on your life. Leave feeling grounded and calm as you re-enter the world with more clarity and peace.

The events will take place at 10:00 a.m., on Saturday, Sept. 28, Saturday, Oct. 26 and Saturday, Nov. 30, at the St. Joseph’s Nature Trail at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods.

The trail is a mown path through the forest. It is considered an easy trail with uneven ground and some slight inclines and declines.

You are encouraged to wear closed-toe shoes and dress according to the weather. This event may be canceled due to weather. We will walk in light rain.

There is no cost to attend, but donations would be welcomed.
