Are you in search of something more? Are you looking for something real and authentic? Come and see how our bold and faithful Sisters of Providence of Saint Mary-of-the-Woods are living out lives of authentic meaning centered on God and serving others.

This retreat will offer you time for prayer and listening to where God might be inviting you. Spend time at our beautiful motherhouse and holy grounds at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods, Indiana.

Explore if you might be called to life as a Sister of Providence of Saint Mary-of-the-Woods.

Single, Catholic women ages 18-42 are invited to Saint Mary-of-the-Woods for a weekend retreat Friday, Nov. 1 starting at 4 p.m. Eastern time and concluding at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 3, 24. During this free retreat you will experience the mission of Providence first-hand in the lives of our sisters. You will have opportunity to hear several sisters’ stories about their call and their lives today. You will experience how the Sisters of Providence live the call through prayer, vows, ministries and community life. You will come away from this weekend retreat with a feel for what life as a Sister of Providence of Saint Mary-of-the-Woods is like today.

During this retreat you will also have opportunity to immerse yourself in our spirit-filled grounds as you focus on prayer and your own discernment. Saint Mary-of-the-Woods is a perfect place to slow down and listen to the voice of God.
