Sister Mary Maxine Teipen

Biography

Sister Mary Maxine was a native of Indianapolis.

Sister Mary Maxine entered the Congregation on February 2, 1946. She professed final vows on August 15, 1953.

She graduated from Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. She earned a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Illinois, as well as another master’s degree in theological studies from Catholic Theological Union.

Sister Mary Maxine ministered as a teacher and volunteer in Indiana, Kentucky and Illinois.
