Sisters to host Gentle Yoga program
Join the Sisters of Providence of Saint Mary-of-the-Woods, Indiana, for the upcoming Gentle Yoga program, scheduled for 9-10 a.m., Sunday, Feb. 21, in the O’Shaughnessy Dining Hall located in Providence Spirituality & Conference Center at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods.
Explore a new kind of Yoga Studio in O’Shaughnessy Hall on the campus of Saint Mary-of-the-Woods. Built in 1921, the historic room served as the main dining room for Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College until 2021. Today, it is a popular wedding and event venue.

Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College Athletic Trainer Shannon Hamilton, who is also a certified Yoga instructor at Common Ground in Terre Haute, will facilitate the program.
Participants are asked to bring their own mat and water bottle. All participants are asked to meet in the O’Shaughnessy Dining Hall lobby at 8:45 a.m., prior to the beginning of the program.
The registration deadline for the event is noon, Friday, Feb. 20. Cost to attend is $15.
