Other options

You can also request prayer from an individual sister, add your request in the books of intentions in our shrines, add your request to our prayer box at events we attend, request prayers during our phonathon and more.

We’re always honored to bring your petition to God and pray for you.

Did you know:

  • many of our elderly infirm sisters dedicate their ministry to prayer?
  • we post “elevator lists” in sisters’ residences at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods noting special dates of our donors to remember in prayer, such as birthdays, wedding anniversaries and the first anniversary of the death of a spouse?
  • we reply with personal notes or emails to many of your prayer requests?

For the Providence Community, prayer is a much-loved ministry. We love serving you and each other through prayer.
