Biography

Sister Marian is a native of Washington, D.C. Currently, she ministers in prayer at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods.

Sister Marian entered the Congregation on Feb. 11, 1949. She professed perpetual vows on Aug. 15, 1956.

She graduated from Trinity Washington University, Washington, D.C., with a bachelor’s degree in English. She also has a master’s and Ph.D. in philosophy from Catholic University of America.

Sister Marian has ministered mostly in Washington, D.C., including spending time as President and Professor of Philosophy at Immaculata College. She also ministered in a Professor at Catholic University of America.
