Sister Louise Schroeder

Sister Louise, formerly Sister Edward Louise, was a native of Jasper, Indiana. Currently, she ministers in prayer at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods.

Sister Louise entered the Congregation on January 5, 1943. She professed final vows on August 15, 1950.

She graduated from Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College with a bachelor’s degree in education. She also has a master’s degree in education from Indiana State University.

Sister Louise ministered as a teacher, treasurer and in residential services. She was a teacher at St. John the Baptist in Whiting, Indiana, from 1975 to 1986.
