Event Reservation and Cancellation Policy

Sometimes life happens! If you need to cancel your program reservation, please let us know as soon as possible. Please see our refund policies below:

For most single-day programs, workshops and events requiring a paid registration, refunds will be provided for cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance.

For retreats or other multi-day programs that include lodging and/or catered meals, refunds will only be made for cancellations received at least 7 days prior to the program.

Note: If your program is canceled by the Sisters of Providence due to inclement weather or any other emergent reason, we will refund your registration.

If your program is not canceled but you are unable to attend due to weather conditions or other unexpected circumstances, the refund policies listed above will still apply.
