Richard Bussing

…sibling, Sister Francis Eugene, entered the Congregation on January 6, 1940. She professed final vows on August 15, 1948. Sister Richard taught for 35 years in schools in North Carolina, Illinois, Texas and California. Her first teaching ministry took place at St. Patrick in Fayetteville, North Carolina, in 1942. She also ministered to the elderly in numerous locations. Construction is underway toward a shrine for Saint Mother Theodore Guerin

commemorate work beginning on the shrine with a Construction Blessing outside the Church of the Immaculate Conception at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods. The shrine is expected to be open to the public by the fall of 2014.
