Virtual

Now you can attend our programs, retreats, and workshops while staying in the comfort and safety of your own home.

When registered for each program, we will share a link for you to attend.

You will need a device such as a computer, tablet, iPad, or smart phone which is connected to the internet to view or participate our virtual programs.

Programs livestreamed: You can simply click the link from any device connected to the internet such as a computer, tablet, iPad, or smart phone and watch it live. The link is available for 30 days so you can go back and watch it again.

Programs using Zoom: If you already have been using Zoom or some other similar platform to connect with family, friends and colleagues, this should be so easy. If you have not yet taken the virtual plunge, we encourage you to give it a try. Here’s what you need to get started:

  • a video camera, either built in to your device or a separate webcam (most modern computers, smartphones and tablets have this built in)
  • a microphone, either built in to your device or in the webcam (most modern computers, smartphones and tablets have this built in), or a phone
  • a broadband internet connection (if you are using your smartphone without internet connection, your data plan usage may be affected so please check your plan.)
  • Zoom installed on your machine. Sign up for your free Zoom account here. (video tutorials)
