Forest Meditation Walk: Wandering in the Woods

Nature can teach us and heal us. Join us for a guided meditation based in eco-spirituality (connecting with the Divine through nature). As we wander among the trees, you will have the opportunity to connect with yourself and listen as the forest offers you guidance for your life. Leave feeling grounded and calm as you re-enter the world with more clarity and peace.
The trail is a mown path through the forest. It is considered an easy trail with uneven ground and some slight inclines and declines. You are encouraged to wear closed-toe shoes and dress according to the weather. This event may be canceled due to weather. We will walk in light rain.
Offered on Saturday, Sept. 30 (10-11 a.m.), Sunday, Oct. 8 (4-5 p.m.) and Saturday, Oct. 28 (3-4 p.m.).
