The most touching duet was that of Rod and Sister Terese Marie Havlik, Rod’s 8th grade teacher, whom he hadn’t seen in almost 49 years. Sister Terese Marie knew every word, sang and moved gently to the music.

Sheila Donis is a retired school superintendent and a Providence Associate. She was awarded the 2016 Sarah and Joseph Thralls award for her volunteer work with the retired sisters. Because of the education and friendship given to her from the Sisters of Providence since she was a little girl, she believes it is time to "give back." She continues to have a deep love and care for the sisters.
