Fermenting cabbage

It’s no secret that you should eat your veggies. Eating your fermented veggies is even better! Lacto-fermented veggies like sauerkraut, kim-chi, or full sour pickles are unparalleled for developing a healthy gut and immune system. The good news is that all of these veggies are delicious and easy to make yourself, even in small batches. I made this pint of sauerkraut in less than 5 minutes.
