The Sisters of Providence share the news of Mother Theodore’s upcoming canonization with the public on October, 2006.

Sister Marie Kevin has worked tirelessly even through ill health on the Cause for Beatification and Canonization since 1996. Her efforts have played a major role in the possibility of Mother Theodore’s canonization.

The Thralls family supported Mother Theodore and their companions upon the arrival of the missionaries in the United States. Descendents of the Thralls family, including this man, still live in Saint Mary-of-the-Woods Village.
