Many dairy products are easy and fun to make in your own home, using little to no special ingredients or equipment. This course covers the basics for making butter, buttermilk, yogurt, crème fraîche, sour cream, paneer and mozzarella. Children over six are welcome in the class when accompanied by an adult. And, of course, we will eat what we make!
