Biography
Sister Ruth Ellen is a native of Jasper, Indiana. Her final ministry was in prayer at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods.
Sister Ruth Ellen entered the Congregation on January 4, 1954. She professed final vows on August 15, 1961.
She graduated from Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics. She also has a master’s degree in mathematics from Cornell University and another master’s degree in theology from Saint Meinrad Seminary and School of Theology.
She has ministered as a teacher and pastoral associate. Sister Ruth Ellen was a member of the adjunct faculty at Oakland City University.
