Biography
Sister Janice is a native of Berwyn, Illinois. Currently, she ministers as a volunteer at Gottleib Hospital in Melrose Park, Ill.
Sister Janice entered the Congregation in 1963, professing first vows in 1966 and final vows in 1973.
She graduated from Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College with a bachelor’s degree in education while earning her master’s in curriculum and instruction from National Catholic University. She also has an Associated of Applied Science degree in business management/information systems from Triton College in River Grove, Illinois.
Of her ministries, Sister Janice served as a fifth grade teacher at St. Genevieve in Chicago from 1968-1974, while also ministering as a fifth grade teacher at St. Juliana School in Chicago from 1979-2000.
From 2007 to 2016, she ministered in various capacities at Guerin College Preparatory High School in River Grove.
