Biography
Sister Dolores Ann was born on May 5, 1927. She died on May 6, 2015. She was 88 years old and had been a Sister of Providence for 69 years.
Sister Dolores Ann entered the Congregation on Feb. 2, 1946. She professed first and final vows on Aug. 15, 1948 and 1953, respectively.
She began her teaching ministry in 1948 and never left the profession. In 1969, she served as a student counselor at Mother Theodore Guerin High School, River Grove, Ill., and from 1969 to 2007, she ministered in the field of career counseling for both high school students and adults. From 1978 to 1981, she also ministered as Regional Career Counselor for a six-state area of the United States Department of Labor.
She returned to the Woods in 2007.
