Prayer for those seeking employment

Creator, will I ever find my space, a place to work
with dignity and possibility and respect?
I’ve been looking so long, it feels futile.

Come to my aid as I begin again.
Lead me to the right leads, let my resume sing its song
to the most receptive ears. Grant me that interview.

I’m ready, Spirit, to take on new challenges, a whole new life.
Today I ask you for a sign. May it read “Help Wanted.”
