A Grandparent’s Prayer to Our Lady of Providence

O Lady of Providence, my mother.
Thank you for your steady faithful prayer
and support as I have raised the children
God entrusted to me.
Now I ask you, who ‘kept all things in your heart’,
to continue loving and caring
for their daughters and sons, my grandchildren.
Watch over them as they grow.
Strengthen and guide them with your loving prayers
through the journey of life that lies ahead.
May your prayer and courage accompany them
through every step of their lives
until the day they join you in praising our loving God
for all eternity. Amen
