The blessing of color and sunlight.

The blessing of the gentle breeze.

The blessing of the cool shade beneath a tall lush tree.

The blessing of a new path to enlighten my heart, inspire my soul and strengthen my faith.

The blessing of family.

The blessing of community.

The blessing of friends.

The blessing of Abba to fill me with LOVE, to free me with MERCY and fan the flame of JUSTICE for ALL.

Sister Joni Luna is a native of San Antonio, Texas. She entered the Sisters of Providence in 2012 after spending many years as a physical education teacher and athletic director. Sister Joni professed first vows in June 2016. She currently ministers as the Congregation's Director of Vocations.
