We celebrated our Sisters of Providence age 90 and over with our annual 90’s celebration on Tuesday, February 14 at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods!
Sisters of Providence leadership hosted the celebrants in the Providence Hall Dining Room where they were treated to a wonderful party, including games, sing-a-longs and more! All of those honored were accompanied by a guest. Thirty of the 37 Sisters of Providence age 90 or older attended the event.

I know so many of those faces, including my 4th grade teacher at St. Jude’s in Fort Wayne (in the early 1950’s)! Thank you for posting these pictures. Looks like it was a wonderful party!!
So many smiling faces, makes you wish you were ninety years young and living with the SPs’ retirement community!! Many happy memories in the dining hall with the SPs, meeting old friends and making new connections singing “happy birthday” and the old standards! May the Provident God hold you in the palm of his/her hand ’til we meet again.
