We all have a part of our heart that buries our true feelings. This part is different from our daily behaviors. It is our real reactions to happenings around us. We call this part ‘the inner child’ because like a child this inner self is innocent and responds immediately. This inner child has many names. Some call it the lost self, the true self or the divine child. How long has it been since you talked to your inner child and hugged him/her? If you often hear strong emotions of unknown origin inside, it may be time for you to slow down and listen to the call of your inner child. Come, care for your inner child.

SoulCollage® is an expressive arts practice done individually or in community. Founded by Seena B. Frost, the method develops creativity and intuition, encourages self-discovery and provides personal guidance. SoulCollage® meets you wherever you are on the journey called life. You do not have to be an artist to make SoulCollage® cards. Anyone can create and enjoy this powerful practice.

No art skill is required — you need only know how to use scissors!

Cost is $60, which includes materials, snacks and lunch.

The workshop is limited to 12 participants and the registration deadline is July 15.
